Best HWID Spoofer 2026 — An Honest Ranking

Full disclosure: permspoofer.com is one of the products on this list, and we built it. So take our #1 slot with whatever grain of salt you need — but we're going to be brutal about the others too, and honest about our own weaknesses. Nobody ships perfect software. The question is which trade-offs are worth it.

How we ranked

Four things matter and everything else is noise. In order:

1. Coverage. Which identifiers does it actually rewrite? Firmware is the hard one.
2. Anti-cheat pass rate. Does it survive Vanguard, EAC, BattlEye, Ricochet? We test each one directly.
3. Support responsiveness. When a corner-case board doesn't spoof, does the team fix it or ghost you?
4. Price and refund policy. Lifetime vs. subscription; refund if it doesn't work.

1. permspoofer — $28.49 Pro / $89.99 Plus

Yes, we're biased. The reason it goes first: it's the only lifetime option under $30 that covers the full firmware stack (SMBIOS via AMIDEWIN, disk serials, MAC per NIC, registry HWID vectors, TPM session hook, trace anti-tamper). Pro is $28.49 lifetime with one free spoof every 15 days, which is enough for most players who bounce between one or two accounts. Plus is $89.99 lifetime with unlimited spoofs for people who churn accounts constantly. Refund policy: full refund if the loader can't spoof your machine within 24 hours.

Weak spots to be honest about: ASUS ROG boards sometimes need the fallback EFI method (documented, but an extra step). Realtek NICs from around 2016 refuse the MAC override on maybe 5% of machines — workaround is a $10 USB adapter or a support session. Vanguard's TPM check requires Windows 11 25H2, no way around that.

2. Verse Perm — ~$50 lifetime

Long-standing brand. Strong on EAC and BattlEye. Vanguard support has been shaky since Riot's on-demand VGK flow landed in 25H2 — several public reports of the loader hitting VAN 216 during the pre-check. Support responds within a business day. Price is roughly 2x permspoofer for the same coverage. Refund policy is discretionary.

3. PhantomHWID — $40/mo subscription

Subscription model. Modern UI. Cheat-focused, so overkill for a plain unban. The monthly bill adds up fast — at $40/mo you're above permspoofer Plus's lifetime price by month three. Coverage is solid on Vanguard because the team maintains it aggressively. If you're paying for cheats anyway their bundle can make sense; if you just need to unban, don't.

4. Uranus / KernelHWID — $30–60 lifetime

Legacy tools. Both still work on older anti-cheats. Neither has caught up with Vanguard's Windows 11 25H2 requirements at time of writing — the on-demand VGK flow trips them up. Fine if you're bypassing EAC on Fortnite or Apex; skip for Valorant.

5. Free spoofers from GitHub or unknowncheats

Rotate faster than we can list them here. Two problems. First, most of them only touch the software layer (Windows-facing MAC, MachineGuid) and leave firmware intact — Vanguard reads through them in a few seconds. Second, code signing on Windows 11 25H2 means any unsigned driver-based spoofer has to disable HVCI first, which itself gets you flagged. There are a couple of decent SMBIOS-only tools out there but you'll be assembling the rest yourself. Free is free.

Buy-once vs. subscribe

Almost every serious player is better off with a lifetime license. Subscriptions make sense only if you cheat professionally and need active bypass maintenance every week. For unbans and account swaps, lifetime is math you don't have to redo.
